The maintenance fund

The fund, as the chain holds it

One percent of every block to public work the company does not own. The balance, the credits and the identity check below are read from the fund's feed each minute; no signers named yet; the fund accrues and spends nothing until the seven are published.

What it is for

One percent of every block to maintenance, security review, infrastructure, grants and open-source development, under a mandate the company does not own: spending by proposal at four of seven approvals, a quarter-of-balance ceiling per ninety days, any two signers able to freeze, recusal excluded from quorum, at most three company-connected signers and never a flagged majority, no owner, proxy, pause, fee or upgrade path.

The signers

No signers named yet; the fund accrues and spends nothing until the seven are published. The seven seats exist in the contract with their addresses and whether each is company-connected; the affiliations and the acceptance links are published here the day the seven are named.

The proposals

No proposal is open. A proposal, when one exists, is listed here with its scope hash, its checks (the ceiling, the quorum, the recusals) and its signers.

The payments

No payment has been made. The table, when the earliest payment fills it: payee, class, amount, grant, milestone, scope, evidence, signers, recusals, transaction; the totals by class and head beneath it.

The incidents

None recorded.

The accounts

The quarterly accounts and the annual review will have their earliest entries at the earliest quarter's end after the signer set is named; the feed carries the balance, the credits and the identity check every minute meanwhile.
