01How to read it
How to read it
Every figure here is a row of record: the microjoules a hash a card pays on each lane, read by the card's own counter over the whole window (NVML totals, the like-for-like grade) or at the plug where the card has no counter, each with its grade and its sha; beside it the ratio to the 4090 per joule on the same lane, and the whole pay under the minimum rule at the weights of record (0.2 programme, 0.4 bandwidth, 0.4 raster, on the research chain from block 6523). The raster rows are port rows the next cut replaces. The chain's own record of paid work per key and per lane is read live from the settlement feed at the foot of this page. MEASURED is a row of record; REPORTED is a miner's own telemetry; the two are never mixed in one figure.
RTX 4090
The reference card: 1.00 on every lane; the registered form's kernel 7.2 uJ a hash, the like-for-like kernel 10.0.
the rowsRTX 5090
7.9 uJ a hash by the registered form's kernel, 10.8 by the like-for-like kernel; 1.23 times the 4090 a hash on the bandwidth lane.
the rowsRTX 3060
0.73 of the 4090 for the whole pay at the weights of record, inside 2x on today's rows.
the rowsRTX 2060
0.54 of the 4090 for the whole pay at the weights of record, inside 2x on today's rows; the owned card on the split bandwidth text 0.56.
the rowsRX 9060 XT
Plug energies, no counter row on the 4090 to read against: 52.7 uJ a hash on the bandwidth lane, 50 mJ an attempt on the raster lane.
the rowsAppleApple M6
Plug energies by wall increment over the mini's idle, no ratio across grades: 16.6 uJ a hash on the programme lane (183 at the mini's whole draw), 21.3 on the bandwidth lane, 26 mJ an attempt on the raster lane.

08The chain's own record
The chain's own record
What the chain paid, per key and per lane, on the public test network: every figure read from the chain's own balance steps and the payout lists' weights by the settlement ledger, rebuilt every five minutes, never a pool's database. The chain holds no joules and ties no key to a card class; a key's card is known only to its owner, so no card column is drawn from this record.
09Where these rows come from
Where these rows come from
Every row names its card, reads the device string back and carries its grade: NVML totals (the card's counter over the whole window), NVML increments (the counter less the idle, named so), or the plug (a wall figure by the rig's or the mini's meter, an increment over its idle minute). A total is never set against an increment or a plug figure. The rows of record and their shas: the version 25 kernel's record (the 4090, 5090 and 2060 programme rows; the 2060 split bandwidth row at dfe9b978c; the 9060 XT's bandwidth row at e1eb4c4c8), the raster port rows (the 2060 at 66fa625b2, the 3060 at 408cee6cd, the 9060 XT at f27881574, the M6 at 066544bd0), the 4090's reference rows (1a17dbc86), the bandwidth rows of the version 15 table (4e48be3b), the blends on the economics page at 2216722e1. The whole pay is DERIVED from measured rows; a figure marked an estimate is the next cut's expected reading, not a row.
Source: the rows and grades above; every figure on this page is on the record with its sha, or named as derived from such rows; nothing here is a miner's own telemetry until the settlement feed's column serves, where it will be marked REPORTED.
